Prostate cancer may not be preventable but you can prevent it from taking your life. You will hear stories about eating right but I doubt that has anything what-so-ever to do with you getting Prostate Cancer or not getting it, but of course eat right if you can! You must get into your Doctor for a check up! I don't know any guy who wants anyone putting their finger up their Butt, BUT that is what you will have to have done!

Back about 6 years ago my Family doctor thought he could feel something or a small lump on my Prostate. He sent me to a specialist called a Urologist. The Urologist also thought he could feel something was not right.

Right after the Urologist determines he can feel something is out of place he sent me for a Biopsy of my Prostate. If you have ever had a biopsy of your Prostate you know it's one of the most uncomfortable things you will ever experience. You should not be worried about it, the examine only takes about 15 to 20 minutes, and may save your life. Like Mom used to say " suck it up " and get at it!
