Gil Francis Memorial Ride & Celebration of Life

We don't have all the details yet but from what I understand so far is Gil was hurt in a work related accident.

The Memorial Ride is to be held before the Celebration of Life. All those participating in the ride, please gather at the 6 Mile Pub by 11:00 AM.  The ride will leave the 6 Mile Pub at 12:30 PM ....SHARP!!

Heading north on the Colwood Strip the ride will proceed to the Metchosin Rd turn off.

Left turn onto Metchosin Rd past the old gravel pit and Metchosin Golf Course.

Right turn at the Happy Valley Store and My Chosin Café then back to Sooke Rd and turn right.

Follow Sooke Rd to Jacklin Rd and turn left onto Jacklin Rd.

Take Jacklin Rd to Station Rd and turn right then into the Legion parking lot around 1:15 pm and the Celebration of Life.

The Celebration of Life will be held at the Langford Legion on Station Street from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm.
